Make me fall off my chair he said. And to us that means serious business. Not often does that client come along that gives you carte blanche to wow them first and worry about the details later….

That is what this dream for this client’s development property at his golf course development mandate was. His mission, should I choose to accept it was my absolute muse.

There is always that one project that you never forget that showed you what you’re made of along with the extents of your imagination, and I can definitively tell you, this was that project for us. What happened a magical and inspired 10 days later? An image of said client with himself on the ground and his laptop showing the 3D render of the house no, masterpiece he was looking for….

Then came the real challenge….the reality check for his construction project, as ambitious and creatively futuristic as it was, it was at that time, a project that exceeded his expectations as well as his reach. Remember, we succeeded in the mandate. Not a single regret went into the creation and development of the production drawings of this house, as it paved the way for a few other creations that followed, namely Galleria and Infinity Residence. What was born from this project, was 100% belief that there are no limits to what we can offer, the only limits are the budgets you give us to work with.
